Istanbul Medipol University Launches 11 New Academic Programs

Istanbul Medipol University has officially announced the introduction of 11 new academic programs for the 2025–2026 academic year, marking a significant step in expanding its educational portfolio and reinforcing its leading position among the most innovative universities in TURKIYE. 

This development reflects the university’s commitment to providing modern, globally competitive education aligned with the latest advancements in science, technology, and professional fields.

The 11 Newly Introduced Programs

1. Medicine (100% English)
   A fully English-language medical program designed to complement the existing 30% English track. The program aims to prepare innovative, research-oriented physicians equipped with advanced medical technology and a global perspective.

2. History (100% English)
   A program offering a modern, analytical approach to the study of history. Students are trained to develop critical thinking skills and a broad cultural vision. High-achieving students benefit from scholarships, language training abroad, and international exchange opportunities.

3. Gastronomy and Culinary Arts (English)
   Offered by the Faculty of Fine Arts, Design, and Architecture, this program blends culinary art with food technology and management. It focuses on modern gastronomy, international cuisine, and sustainable culinary practices.

4. Artificial Intelligence Engineering (English)
   A forward-looking program emphasizing artificial intelligence, data science, and algorithmic systems. Students gain both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, supported by advanced labs and internship opportunities abroad.

5. Aviation Management (English)
   Launched within the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences, this program prepares students for leadership roles in the global aviation industry, covering airport operations, air transport logistics, and airline management.

6. Nursing
   Offered by the Faculty of Health Sciences, this program provides a balance between academic knowledge and clinical experience. Students train in modern medical environments and learn through practical engagement in the healthcare system.

7. Associate Degree in Back-End Software Development
   A specialized vocational program focused on back-end development technologies, database design, and modern system architecture, preparing students for dynamic roles in the digital industry.

8. Associate Degree in Computer Programming (English)
   An English-medium program designed to develop skills in software programming, application design, and system analysis, with an emphasis on global technology standards.

9. Associate Degree in Dental Prosthetic Technology
   A practical, health-oriented program that trains experts in dental prosthetics and related digital technologies to meet the rising demand in the dental care sector.

10. Associate Degree in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence
    A modern interdisciplinary program integrating robotics, AI systems, and automation technologies, preparing graduates for the rapidly evolving field of smart technology.

11. Associate Degree in Cybersecurity (English)
    An English-language vocational program that focuses on information protection, digital forensics, and cybersecurity strategy, addressing one of the most critical needs of the modern digital world.
