surpassing Israel.. Türkiye is the most powerful army in the Middle East

The international "Global Firepower" website announced that Turkey topped the list of the most powerful Middle East armies in terms of military power for the year 2025, followed by Israel, while Egypt ranked fourth.

According to the site, the United States ranked first in the world, in terms of military power, followed by Russia and China in the second and third places, while Turkey topped the strongest armies of the Middle East, followed by Israel in the fifteenth place globally.

Iran ranked sixteenth, while Egypt ranked first in the Arab world, and the fourth in the Middle East, according to the classification of military force for the year 2025 issued by the site.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia also ranked 24th in the world and the second in the Arab world with a power index of 0.4201, followed by Arab Algeria, which ranked 25th globally, with a power index of 0.3589.

With regard to the armies of the Middle East, Turkey ranked first, and the ninth globally, with a power index of 0.1902, followed by Israel, which ranked fifteenth globally with a power index 0.2661, followed by Iran, which ranked sixteenth globally with a power index 0.3048.

This classification includes 145 countries, and it reflects the annual changes in military capabilities based on the available data, but the changes in the annual arrangement do not necessarily reflect a decline in strength, as they may be caused by updates in the classification methodology.

It is noteworthy that the ideal strength index according to the classification is (0.0000), and the closer the value of the index is the highest, this indicates a greater strength of the traditional military capabilities of the state.

This classification is based on more than 60 workers to determine the strength index for each country, including the size of the armed forces, financial, logistical and geographical capabilities.
